“Without failure we would have hardly any inventions”

26/06/2018

Society in general associates failure with defeat and error. But for the winners of the 2018 FPdGi Awards failure is just another stage in the learning process, a motivating and positive experience that helps them to become better professionals and people. In fact, they remind us that without failure “we would have hardly any inventions”, and they explain how in other countries failure is seen as something positive “because you have made a mistake and you will not repeat the same errors”. And they believe that in Spain “very often we see it the opposite way”.
