The Talent rescuers programme promotes the employability of young people aged between 20 and 30 by encouraging labour mobility among the country’s different autonomous regions. This transformative project is yet another step forward in the Princess of Girona Foundation’s commitment to youth employment. The project prioritises young people who are the first generation in their families to go on to higher education, guaranteeing equal opportunities for all graduates entering the workplace. This pioneering programme offers participants a personalised roadmap, professional mentoring, training, a job board and mobility grants. Talent rescuers has absorbed and expanded the services that until now had been provided by the Mentoring talent programme, which offered a professional mentoring service for young people.
