Meet the 2019 Princess of Girona Foundation Award winners
Neurologist and entrepreneur Ignacio Hernández Medrano (Business), theatre director Rafael Rodríguez Villalobos (Arts and Literature), social worker Begoña Arana Álvarez (Social) and mathematician Xavier Ros-Oton (Scientific Research) have been recognised with the 2019 FPdGi Awards. The winner of the new International category will be announced in June

The winner was chosen for “democratising access to medical-scientific information on millions of patients by using artificial intelligence”.
