In 2017, the Princess of Girona Foundation, in line with its mission to provide young people with the necessary tools to build a better future for themselves and the society they live in, launched a leadership programme designed to support, encourage, accompany and accelerate the personal and professional growth of young people with development potential who aspire to lead and transform. 

The last edition focused on facilitating the learning and development of leadership competences through a highly innovative programme, ‘Do good to do well’, which seeks to change the paradigm of growth.
