Auditing and Compliance Committee
The Auditing and Compliance Committee is formed by a minimum of three and a maximum of eleven members. It has the functions which are established in Article 16 of the Statutes, including the supervision of the preparation of the annual accounts, the appointment of the external auditor and the supervision of his action.
